Fix for multi-account credit delivery issue

We have rolled out a fix for last week’s credit delivery issue blogged about here. Credits have been sent out and most of you affected by this should have received your credits.
If you have filed a PayPal dispute, please remember to close the dispute.
If you have NOT received your credits, it is likely due to one of the following reasons:
- You have filed a PayPal Unauthorized Claim.
(a) Log into PayPal to cancel the claim, and
(b) Update us by adding a comment on ONE of your existing support ticket(s) (instructions).The credits will be sent to you within 24 hours after this is done.
- Your FMX accounts are still under investigation, or we missed your order. Please re-open ONE of your existing support ticket(s) and add a comment.
We are terribly sorry to all who were affected by this. Appreciate everyone’s patience and cooperation to follow the instructions above, so we can resolve all your tickets quickly. Thank you!

I have tried this and I am still waiting,it was my own fault though this time as I didnt give my account time to get sorted.Please forgive me for these extra hassles,but could you please send me my credits.I have my support ticket 3101 still open.

I bought credits from your account about 47000 or so on April 23 2011,but still I haven’t received yet. Any reason why? I send several email but I haven’t receive any from you. Transfer the credits or my my money back. I Thought this site pretty straight forward but look like it not.
