Live Chat to support Limit Increase Requests

Hi everyone,

We would like to inform you that First Meta Exchange has initiated a Live Chat support option to cater to limit increase requests. If you would like to increase your deposit/withdrawal limits,  you can simply request a member of the support team available on chat to assist you. In the event you are unable to find a member of the support team online, you can send us offline messages which will be responded to within 24 hours. As this service has been installed to expedite the limit increase process only, we would really appreciate if all other support queries are filed through support home.

Live Chat can be accessed in the following two ways:
Visit My Funds -> Real Currency Deposit -> Click here to increase your deposit limit. The following popup window will enable you access the Live Chat feature:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Alternatively, you can visit My Funds -> Real Currency Withdrawal. You can access the Live Chat feature on the bottom right corner as demonstrated below:

 

Kindly contact us at our support site for any assistance.

Note: Live Chat will only be used to entertain limit increase requests. All other support queries must be filed through support home.

    Hi First Meta Exchange, I would like to purchase more virtual currency for Imvu, but it says I can only spend 5$, and too spend more I have to request my limit to be increased? Can you increase my limit and how much it will increase?

    hi, I was wondering, is there any way other than SMS to a cell phone that I can use to validate my account? I do not have a cell phone. You can SMS message me or whatever using my email on yahoo messenger. Or I could send an SMS to someone on your staff from YM

    Please let me know if I can do this.

    I do not plan to sell virtual currency for real money, nor do I wish to buy virtual currency with real money, I simply want to trade IMVU credits for SL Lindens. As far as i can tell, your system won’t let me do that so I assume I have to do the validation…

    Please, isn’t there a way I can verify myself other than a cell phone or a credit card?

    Und a good few hours later…my comment is STILL waiting on moderation. :I So much for Live Chat help. ~Coughs.~ Good thing this will be the only time I’ll have to wait the understandable but retarded 25 hours to get my credits.

    Thanks..for, you know.. Saying before hand it will be 25 hours for first use of paypal. I’ll make sure to forward my customer’s complaints to you guys of them bitching about me not putting out my products they were seeking when I said I would. <3

    @Zoreiveyn: we do state that there is a 25 hours check for the first purchase on the ‘Buy’ page, just above the “Proceed to make payment” button. This is only for the first purchase on your payment account though. Subsequent purchases will be instant.

    @crysti: you don’t need to do the sms verification to trade imvu credits for Lindens. You can just deposit the imvu credits and proceed to trade. After the trade is complete, you can withdraw the lindens. :)

    @Tiffany: Hi, the $5 limit was only temporary. You should have a higher limit now. If you need an even higher limit, could oyu please file a ticket at http://help.firstmeta.com under Deposit Limit Increase.
