<p>We understand that this downtime for Lindens has caused much inconvenience to some of you, and we promise to get to each and every one of your failed transaction as soon as we can. If you have been affected by this downtime, please start a ticket at help.firstmeta.com with the invoice numbers of the transactions that were affected.</p>
<p>Please refrain from creating multiple tickets. Priority will be given to single tickets.</p>
<p>Meanwhile, we have temporarily suspended all Linden-related services in order to prevent further failed transactions.</p>
<p>We are working hard to resolve this issue, until then please bear with us as we sort things out.</p>
